We cannot expect to bring about a change in our symptoms if our body doesn’t have adequate nutrition. I recommend eating organic food as often as possible; if it is too expensive, either consider the long term cost of your illness or follow the EWG guidelines for selecting produce. I also recommend buying as much food from local sources as possible. Your food is then growing in the same (or similar) micro-climate as you, so you are evolving together in response to similar environmental pressures. It also helps to meet your farmers at the local markets, discuss their growing practices, support a local food economy, and reduce the reliance on fuel to continually ship produce from around the world.
