Sometimes, when we’re ill, the best thing is to rest.  But how do we do that when sleep escapes us?  One way is to select a specific herb that fits exactly your pattern of sleeplessness.  The other way is to use a blend that hits your most common suite of sleeplessness patterns.  I put together this graphic to help you better select from some of the more common sleep-inducing herbs (note that this is not a comprehensive list, but one needs to start somewhere).
