In a 30-minute session, we will work together to identify your major health goals and some of the obstacles holding you back from attaining them. You might even discover hidden challenges that may be holding you back. We will evaluate whether we’re right for each other, and decide on the best path forward. If we feel good at the end of the session, I will recommend an appropriate long-term package for you that focuses on your whole being. If it doesn’t feel like a good fit, I will refer you to someone who might be a better fit. Either way, you will leave with a plan to move you forward.
